The Transfer has been effective as of 1 November 2022 (“Transfer Date”). UOB is now the provider of your products and services. Citi is providing certain services with respect to those products.
This means that you are bound by the terms and conditions under the relevant Citi’s product and/or service agreements with UOB. Any responsibility with respect to such relevant product and/or service agreements will be between you and UOB.
-
Does the customer have to do anything at this point of time?
You do not need to take any action at the moment. You can continue to use Citi's products and services as usual including Citi Credit Card(s), Citi Ready Credit, branch services at the Interchange 21 (Asoke), The Crystal and Central World, ATMs, Citi Mobile® Application, Citibank Online, and CitiPhone Banking 1588 until further notice by UOB.
